Frederick Ostrenko, Esther Kelty, Gregory Adams, and Rachel McCallman were selected from Steson Univeristy to travel to Brazil over the summer of 2007 and learn about contemporary art and modernist architecture. They spent 3 weeks traveling to Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Ouro Preto, Belo Horizonte and Brasília, under the orientation of professor Cyriaco Lopes.
